Michelle is passionate about learning and development for herself and others, and her career has afforded her great success in adopting, training, and implementing various workplace methodologies. She fosters a ‘hearts-on’ environment where people can work together to accurately understand a challenge, dissolve barriers, discover and mitigate own biases or sticking points, and get creative in solutioning for problem-solving and/or process improvement.
Michelle believes respectful transparency and humility, combined with humor and space for creativity, yields the most success along personal and professional journeys. Her focus is always on accepting a challenge for what it is and shifting energy toward creative and iterative solutioning.
My Heart Sparks
Michelle shares her time between her full-time home in Florida and second home in Louisville, Kentucky, with her partner. She enjoys listening to podcasts and audiobooks, travel, swimming, connecting with new people and cultures, coffee or lunch with friends, upcycling fashion, other peoples’ dogs, and binge-steaming shows years too late.
